De like it, known as the Slug w people a know. Had sum entertaing, good value bairns shows last Christmas but on th whole to expensive fo most o th locals. Shud try n get a bit mor mainstream stuff on there if th want t attract a bigger audience, but tha right t try n bring a different type a artist is well. All fo diversity.  :)

I like it - and I saw the excellent Ibrahim Ferrer there shortly before he died.  I agree with Leon - they need to get the artist balance right.  But I also think we need more Northumbrian traditional music on there and everywhere.  If anyone's interested in our local music, I'm currently promoting the Tyne and Tide Festival at the Tyne Pub in Newcastle on Thursday neets.  Got the fantastic Johnny Handle this Thurs (22nd) and Death at the Leek Show the following week.  All welcome!
