Call for entries into 2006 Edge Employer Awards (www.edgeawards.co.uk)

The Edge Employer Awards reward organisations that provide outstanding learning opportunities for 14–25 year-olds and in 2006 will also reward individuals for their practical learning achievements.

This year we will be awarding over £300,000 to employers providing quality apprenticeships, excellent work placements and other practical learning opportunities.

This breakfast meeting will give the region’s organisations the chance to hear more about the awards from Edge's CEO Andy Powell, and to network with other local businesses and dignitaries including Lady Mayoress, Councillor Diane Packham.
